- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

If you do not experience noticeable results within 60 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
- The product must have been used consistently as directed
- Refund requests based solely on taste preference will not be accepted, as taste is subjective and does not reflect product effectiveness
- This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer
- Only one product per order is eligible under the results guarantee

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
